Chef Archie and Dominique, the new managerial couple at Café BonBon, would love to welcome you for dinner, wine and music in the beautiful dining room “The Studio”.
Originally from Scotland, chef Archie has trained and lived in countries around the world and will be presenting a three course A’ La Carte menu.
For starters the Franschhoek Salmon Trout Ceviche with Salmon Trout marinated in citrus and chili served on a fresh and light asparagus panna cotta is a must!
Main courses include the Beef fillet, with home made parmesan gnocchi, pickled porcini puree, sautéed cauliflower and bacon and black pepper, complimented with a port and black pepper cream sauce.
And for dessert….. the Chilled Estate Granadilla Rice Pudding with Crème Brulee Espuma and Honeycomb.
While you dine, Alfio our resident pianist will play for you all night and even takes requests!
Dominique and her front of house team are dedicated to making your evening a memorable experience with their friendly and professional service. Relax and enjoy pre-dinner drinks on the front patio, overlooking the beautiful manicured gardens, as the sun sets on a summer evening.
