Jason Lilley, famed for Jason Bakery amongst many other plaudits, teams up with resident Head Chef of The Werf Restaurant at Boschendal Wine Estate to bring you an exquisite journey into all things porcine and dough inspired. Our forest-reared Duroc pork will be at the centre of this hedonistic affair accompanied by a melange of Werf Food Garden accompaniments and of course Jason’s majestic dough. R750 per person includes beverage pairing.
